If I could give six stars to Hearing Solutions, I would with pleasure. At Hearing Solutions, you are treated as if you are the most important client. I have referred eight of my friends and they all say the same thing. There is a genuine concern for the client's satisfaction. No question goes unanswered. What is most unusual is that the relationship does not end with the purchase of hearing aids. If there is a problem, the response is one of concern and care. If someone you care about needs hearing aids, send them to Hearing Solutions. This business is unique.

What a wonderful experience my husband and I had at Hearing Solutions of Rockland. From the warm welcoming of Carol who was a delight- and who on her own also researched how she could help with my husbands insurance. Michael Ferber was courteous, friendly and highly knowledge. He put my husband at ease by explaining in detail which hearing aid would be best for him. I am an older person, living in Spring Valley, in the village of New Hempstead, who has bought several hearing aids in my life. Without question, the purchase made at "Hearing Solutions" was the most satisfying experience I had in buying such aids. Mike was very knowledgeable and exceedingly patient . My parents have been depending on Michael and carol at Hearing Solutions for many years. They truly go above and beyond when addressing their hearing problems . We often have to call when my mom or dad has a broken aid usually caused by rough handling. Even the smallest thing is an emergency to the elderly. They understand this and through sheer determination they find and fix the problem. To my siblings and I they are angels. Knowledgeable, accommodating, experienced and compassionate!!!

Carol and Michael are welcoming, personable, and warmly professional all at once, but most importantly they are problem solvers. My profoundly hard of hearing father moved back to NJ from AZ mid-pandemic in May 2020 with a hearing aid that was more irritating than helpful and three caption phones to set up. In one session, Michael solved Dad's immediate problem, patiently explained his hearing status to me, and certified Dad for the national Caption Phone program. This is stuff I never knew about from 2500 miles away and is invaluable now as a family caregiver.
